About Us
Enhirety was founded with a simple belief: growth should feel sustainable — for the people doing the work and the organizations they’re building. We understand the real experience behind “growth”: stepping into bigger responsibilities, leading for the first time, making harder decisions, and trying to keep momentum without losing yourself or your culture in the process.
With deep experience across business operations, people systems, and leadership development, we help bring clarity and consistency to how work gets done — and how people experience work along the way. We believe the best environments are built intentionally: clear expectations, measurable progress, healthy communication, and leaders who know how to develop others.
Our work sits at the intersection of people and execution. For individuals, that means practical tools and support to grow into confident professionals and leaders. For organizations, it means building the structure, habits, and leadership strength that keep teams aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
Enhirety is a partner for those who want to grow with intention — as individuals, as leaders, and as teams. We’re here for the full journey: building capability, strengthening confidence, and creating workplaces where progress is sustainable.
Grace Kelly - Founder & Chief Operator, Enhirety
Grace is a true operating partner to growth-stage companies who need their business to run with more clarity, consistency, and leadership strength as they scale. She’s a cross-functional guru with 15+ years of experience spanning Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Human Resources — known for building efficient teams and systems.
Grace has built multiple departments from the ground up — designing the core infrastructure, processes, and rhythms required to set a solid foundation. She’s also supported growth through major organizational change, including mergers and acquisitions.
Grace brings a practical, human approach: measurable expectations, clear ownership, and leader-ready systems that people will actually use. She’s also a registered nurse and wellness advocate, which informs how she thinks about sustainable performance — helping teams build the structure to execute, without burning out the people behind it.
